What better way to start the day in summer than with a tropical themed breakfast treat? This smoothie bowl will transport you to a tropical dream in no time, packed with vitamins, nutrients and sweetened only with the natural sweetness of fruits.
Tropical Smoothie Bowl
- 2 frozen bananas, in pieces
- 225 g frozen mango, in pieces
- 225 g frozen pineapple, in pieces
- 2 cups coconut drink
To serve: granola, coconut chips and fresh fruit.
Mix all the ingredients except the topping in a blender until a smooth puree. It should be thick and smooth, not thin like a smoothie.
Start with a little less coconut drink and add more if needed. Pour into bowls and serve immediately with granola, coconut and fresh fruit!
